What is ADHD?


Unlike at work or school, you have to plan, arrange and perform household tasks yourself, while also taking into account the other family members. To do so, you need skills that are not strong in people with ADHD such as; keeping track, starting something yourself and keeping track of time yourself. You probably recognize that the freedom you have in this does not help you do the household chores. You may find yourself overtired or overworked precisely because of this.
