ADHDcentraal’s no show policy
At ADHDcentraal, we have a no show policy. This means that we charge a fee if you do not cancel your appointment (at least 24 hours in advance). or by Friday noon for an appointment on Monday) or does not show up at all to a scheduled appointment. A no show invoice will then be sent of €60,-. This can be seen as compensation for the costs we incur if someone does not show up for the appointment. This is because no other client can be scheduled at such short notice.
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. For an appointment on a Monday, it must be cancelled by noon on Friday.
You will always receive a reminder from us, via text message, about your appointments. Your appointment is also visible in the ADHDcentraal app.
No show invoice
If you do not cancel the appointment in time (at least 24 hours in advance or before Friday noon for an appointment on Monday) or you do not show up for an appointment, you will receive an invoice of 60 euros for that appointment.
Please note that the health insurance company will not reimburse this no show bill.
If you have received a no-show invoice and disagree with it, you can object using this form. We will get back to you as soon as possible whether the objection is upheld.
How can you cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Always try to be present for all your scheduled appointments. Did you know that the appointment can also continue online, should that be more convenient? Is that not possible either? Then you can cancel or reschedule the appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. For an appointment on a Monday, it must be cancelled by noon on Friday.
To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact the location where you are receiving treatment. Look for all locations here. Always contact us by mail or phone, Should you contact us by phone, make sure you have spoken to the location assistant. You cannot reschedule or cancel an appointment via voice mail.
