Explanation of steps

Step 1

We would like to receive a referral letter from your primary care physician or mental health practitioner.

Step 2

For example, the referral letter can be sent securely via Zorgdomein. Important is, that the referrer refers to óns ‘ADHDcentraal’, and there is specific reference to the specialist mental health care.

Step 3

You will have telephone contact with someone from our Information and Planning Team. We will provide information about our methods and costs, then discuss the contents of your referral letter and may ask some additional questions. Of course, you too can ask us questions.
Note: There is no point in calling us about this. We will contact you as soon as it is your turn.

Step 4

We will then schedule an appointment with you. Because of the many applications, there is a waiting time; this can vary by location and depends in part on arrangements with health insurance companies.
