Step 1

We would like to receive a referral letter from your primary care physician or mental health practitioner.

Step 2

For example, the referral letter can be sent securely via Zorgdomein. It is important that the referring physician refers the patient to our “ADHDcentraal” and specifically mentions the specialized mental health care (GGZ).

Step 3
