No contract
Your own costs are the following:
A personal contribution to ADHDcentraal of €250.
You are responsible for submitting the full cost of care to your health insurance company. See the infomedics page for this as well.
Your (remaining) deductible with your health insurance company (per year).
This amounts to a minimum of € 385 annually (possibly voluntarily increased to a maximum of € 885). Check your health insurance policy for this.
If treatment with medication, you pay a co-payment for medication.
This amounts to a maximum of €250 per year. Check with your health insurance company about this.
Alas!
We do not have a contract with your health insurance company.
Good news!
You can, however, enter treatment at ADHDcentraal. See the waiting page for current waiting times.
GGZ care (which includes ADHD care) is reimbursed from the Dutch basic health insurance. You always pay your outstanding deductible to your health insurance company. If you opt for treatment with medication, your health insurer may ask for a contribution (of up to € 250, -). We will settle both costs, see also the infomedics page.
Furthermore, ADHDcentaal asks for a personal contribution of up to €250 because we do not have a contract with your health insurer.
Check out the FAQ for more information.
Note!
Because we have no contract with your health insurance, you have to submit the full cost of care yourself to your health insurance company. Every month you will therefore receive an invoice from Infomedics with the full cost of care. What to do with these invoices can be read on the Infomedics page.
The cost for the diagnostic day is a minimum of € 1,500. The cost for treatment depends on the treatment plan needed and averages between € 1,000 and € 2,500. So you quickly lose your entire annual deductible.
Do you have questions about your policy and/or your deductible? If so, we are happy to refer you to your health insurance company.
