No administrative hassle, freedom in content

As a salaried psychiatrist, you do not have to deal with billing, insurance issues or other administrative burdens. At the same time, you have the space to shape your work independently from your own expertise, within a clear and well-organized work environment.

We offer a good salary (end of scale AMS plus labor market allowance). In addition, you will receive 8.33% vacation pay in May and 8.33% end-of-year bonus in December.We also offer ample development opportunities, you will receive €150 net vitality budget and over 5.5 weeks of leave. In addition to your regular commuting allowance, we also reimburse your travel expenses, from public transportation to car, for business trips.

You receive an annual balance budget of 1,000 euros (gross) (based on a 36-hour work week) with which you can buy extra leave or use this for your development. Leave

You accrue 166 vacation hours per year for a 36-hour work week. For part-timers in proportion to their employment. 35 LFB hours (life phase budget) are accrued annually based on a 36-hour work week.
