As a GGZ nurse specialist at ADHDcentraal, you will have the space to really focus on your area of expertise. You are an indispensable link within our multidisciplinary team and will be involved in what makes the difference as a nurse specialist: diagnosing and treating ADHD and comorbidity. You will play a directing role in the treatment process.

Within ADHDcentraal, you will have ample opportunity to develop further – for example, by picking up broader responsibilities within the team or organization (site manager, substitute site manager role). You can also participate in training, team CBT I, triage team, Back in Care and Direct in Care, domestic violence attention officer and the MAR.

Your working hours and days can be determined in good coordination with each other. This way you keep the work-life balance optimal. Your shifts fall within office hours.

In addition to your regular commuting allowance, we also reimburse your travel expenses, from public transportation to car, for business trips.

You receive an annual balance budget of 1000 euros (gross) (based on a 36-hour work week) with which you can buy extra leave, or use this for your development. You can also choose to have this balance budget paid out (in September). For part-timers in proportion to their employment. The condition is that you are employed on July 1 of the calendar year. You will also receive a net vitality budget of €150.

At ADHDcentraal, it is possible to work from home if work allows. We offer a work-from-home package and you will receive a work-from-home allowance. You will receive a laptop for your work and a net phone allowance if applicable to your position.

We have several tax-advantaged schemes: such as a bicycle scheme, and a multiple-choice system (which allows you to buy extra leave, among other things).

Leave

You accrue 166 vacation hours per year for a 36-hour work week. For part-timers in proportion to their employment. 35 LFB hours (life phase budget) are accrued annually based on a 36-hour work week. Knowledge Sharing

Once a year we organize a substantive study day. In addition, we have regular lunch lectures in which complex cases are discussed.
