PHP vulnerability
On October 21, 2026, a so-called PHP security vulnerability was discovered worldwide. PHP is a widely used technology for websites and web applications. Several systems used by ADHDcentraal also run on PHP.
After receiving the security alert, ADHDcentraal immediately took these systems offline. A day later, an update was performed, and the systems were tested for security. Once everything was found to be in order, the systems were put back into service.
Fortunately, we can report that there is no evidence that our clients’ personal data has been accessed, altered, or stolen. Therefore, you do not need to take any action.
