A DUBV is a DBA-proof alternative to being self-employed. By taking on assignments through a DUBV, you demonstrate to the tax authorities that you are employed as a contractor through your DUBV and thus comply with the DBA law. This protects you and your clients from additional taxes and fines, because there is no longer any question of false self-employment. <\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, the DUBV offers many other benefits. For example, through your DUBV, you are insured for sick leave and there are other tax benefits. <\/span><\/p>\n

The DUBV also makes it possible to work DBA-proof for one client. The requirements imposed on ZZPers in terms of “entrepreneurship” and multiple clients do not apply. <\/span><\/p>\n

Uniforce is a non-profit organization focused on facilitating DBA-proof flexible working through the DUBV. <\/span><\/p>\n
