Leading up to your research, we would like to give you some tips for dealing with  <\/span><b>impulsivity<\/b><span>. <\/span><span>By this is meant: sudden, thoughtless, under\/uninhibited behavior. <\/span> <\/p>\n<p><i><span>Find out if you recognize impulsivity and whether it has adverse effects on you and others and, if so, which ones. Preparation<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><\/span><span>Think about what you <\/span><b>need<span> <\/span><\/b><span>to achieve your goal<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>How much <\/span><b>time<span> <\/span><\/b> <span>will it cost (approximately)? What is the deadline?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Who<span> <\/span><\/b><span>and <\/span><b>what<span> <\/span><\/b><span>do you need to implement your plan? <\/span> <\/li>\n<li><b>When<span> <\/span><\/b><span>are you going to do this?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Z<\/span><span>Are there certain <\/span><b>distractors<span> <\/span><\/b><span>to counteract, how will you do this?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>3.
