Because of this it is not possible to settle the cost of treatment directly with your health insurance company. On this page, we explain how the financial processing of treatment fees works. What to do with an invoice from Infomedics.<\/h2>\n

For smooth handling, it is important that you follow the following steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Save a copy of the invoice for yourself or note the payment information that appears on the invoice.<\/li>\n
  2. Send this complete invoice (digitally or by mail) directly to the health insurance company where you were insured during the treatment period listed on the invoice.<\/li>\n
  3. You will receive a reimbursement overview from your health insurance company. This will show how much you will be reimbursed by them. <\/li>\n
  4. Send this summary directly by email to: vergoedingen@adhdcentraal.nl.<\/a><\/li>\n
  5. From vergoedingen@adhdcentraal.nl<\/a> (at the latest within 5 business days) you will receive by email our calculation stating the amount actually payable to Infomedics. Click here<\/a> for more details on how to calculate this amount.<\/li>\n
  6. You pay the amount indicated by vergoedingen@adhdcentraal.nl to Infomedics. ADHDcentraal will take the remaining amount for its own account as a courtesy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Send your reimbursement statement(s) with healthcare costs from ADHDcentraal to vergoedingen@adhdcentraal.nl within six months of receiving the invoice from Infomedics . <\/a>After that, your reimbursement summary will not be processed.<\/p>\n

    Because we do not have a contract with your health insurance company, you will receive an invoice with the full cost of care for your diagnostic day and\/or treatment at ADHDcentraal. You will need to pay the following to Infomedics: <\/p>\n
