Waiting times by location<\/span><\/h3>\n

There are also differences in waiting times between our locations, depending on the number of applications in the region. You will be signed up for a location close to where you live. We do this so that the appointments can take place on location. Generally, waiting times are longer within the Randstad than outside. Once your waiting time has passed, we will invite you for an appointment. At that time you can check if there is a location where you can be helped faster. <\/span><\/p>\n

Waiting list mediation<\/h2>\n

If you find the waiting time too long, you can always contact your health insurance company and ask for waiting list mediation. In principle, your health insurer must ensure that you receive an intake interview within 4 weeks from your first contact with a health care provider, and further that you can start treatment within 10 weeks of the intake. These are the maximum acceptable waiting times agreed upon jointly by healthcare providers and healthcare insurers (the Treek standard).<\/p>\n
